Detailed product description
High purity PFA Teflon digestion vessel comprised of Digestion Vessel and Trap tube passes ∩-tube (has 1mm diameter holes in the below part) while the vapor passes the middle part to be air cooled and condensed, and the gas has the mechanism to be emitted to the highest part of the entrance of collection tube.
Each part is designed to be tightened by turning. The screw to maintain the reaction pressure.

High purity PFA Teflon acid sample digestion vessel realizes acid circulation and sampling succession as the below image.
That is when the heating starts, the hot vapor coming out from the reaction vessel passes the ∩ tube of collection tube and
meets the cold air within the collection tube to be air cooled and condensed and be accumulated in the collection tube.
Once all the acid in the reaction vessel moves up in the collection tube, the pressure falls and the vapor that was accumulated in the collection tube falls down again.
Such process is repeated until the digestion is completed.

The vessel is manufactured by using the 440HP PFA Teflon material produced by US Dupon and can be heated up to approximately 260C in successive used temperature. This vessel comprised of digestion vessel and vessel can digestion through recycle principle by injecting the acid one time and can collected and digestion gas elements such as Hg,As,B that is gasified by collection tube.
-The vessel protects analyzer from harmful gas that is generated during pretreatment and can extend the use life of lab hume hood.
In the meantime, it does not break easily like glass during used, therefore can be used for a long time and reduce the lab operation cost.
